The Authors & Editions research focus brings together the department's innovative research on authors in Austria (such as Thomas Bernhard, Karl Kraus and Arthur Schnitzler) among others. The use of digital methods enables new perspectives on the works, the biographies, the networks and the impact of these authors. The editions provide access to previously unpublished material and make high-quality sources and texts based on the latest findings available digitally.
