SONGS FOR SHANDOR AND HOW TO MAKE 'POGACHA'
Description: In the first part of this videoclip, Doda Persa sings a bilingual song in the Munĉan variety of Boyash and the Šokci variety of Croatian/ Serbian. In the second part, she and her sister Agrîna continue with discussions about the state of poverty as well as the economic situation in the village, concerning in particular the lack of infrastructure. In the third part they describe several recipes of traditional Boyash dishes, including the process of making “pogacha” bread.
