
Mag.phil Michaela Rausch-Supola, BSc
…is part of the research units DH Research & Infrastructure and Linguistics and currently working as a research data engineer on the project LexVAD20 – Lexical Variation of Austrian Dialects in the 20th century. She was previously involved in the projects The Shawi-type Arabic dialects spoken in South-eastern Anatolia and the Middle Euphrates region and Grocers of Istanbul: Tracing Food Consumption (GrocerIST).
She studied linguistics and computational linguistics in Vienna and Munich and gained insights into clinical linguistics and Hungarian philology. Before joining the ACDH, she worked in the Acoustics Research Institute of the OeAW investigating language variation on the phonetic level.
