... is the principal developer of a new digital research platform dedicated to Thomas Bernhard, a key project of the Thomas Bernhard Research Centre at the Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities' Literary & Print Culture Studies research unit.

Previously, Kay was responsible for backend programming of Digitales Archiv Barbara Frischmuth, a project realized by ACDH's Digital Humanities Research & Infrastructure group, and is part of the team responsible for the continuous further development of code bases belonging to the APIS ecosystem of apps and tools concerned with prosopographical networks.

Kay Kollmann has an interdisciplinary background with a previous primary focus on media, completed a degree in Informatics/Computer Science, and is currently enrolled in the University of Art and Industrial Design Linz's master programme Interface Cultures. As a developer, Kay oscillates between backend and frontend work resp. Python and JavaScript.
