Brief Biography

Studied History at the University of Salzburg, Master’s dissertation in 2017 entitled Food Supplies at the Court of Prince-Archbishop Hieronymus Colloredo (1772–1803/12). A Source Edition. Member of the FWF research project “Food Related Regional Traditions and Cultural Transfer. The Example of the Prince-Archiepiscopal City of Salzburg, 1500–1800” (2016–2019). Long-serving researcher at the Centre of Gastrosophy (Department of History, University of Salzburg) during Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and two-month internship at the archive of St. Peter’s Abbey, Salzburg.
