Nilab Saeedi is a research associate in the research unit Digital Historiography and Editions.
Nilab Saeedi (born 1996) is a PhD candidate in History at İbn Haldun University in Istanbul, Turkey. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Ottoman Literature and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a double major in Foreign Languages and Persian Linguistics. She has also contributed to education as a Teaching Fellow at İbn Haldun University. She is fluent in several languages, including Turkish, English, Arabic, Ottoman Turkish, Persian, Uzbek, Hindi, Urdu, and Kurdish, which enables her to engage with a wide range of primary sources and scholarly discourses in her pursuit of historical understanding and preservation.
