The fatigue testing device of K&W is the youngest member in our mesoscale testing fleet. It combines the possibilities of the state-of-the-art tensile testing module with the exciting opportunities in the area of fatigue testing. The cyclic loading is superimposed onto the mechanically induced static pre-load with a piezoelectric element that allows, depending on the necessary displacement, a testing frequency of several Hz.
