The following project aims to establish scientific cooperation between the Institute of Social Anthropology (Comenius University) and the Institute for Urban and Regional Research (Austrian Academy of Sciences). It also aims to provide students (MA and PhD students) with additional training in collaborative and visual ethnography with a focus on housing transformation. Our proposal consists of setting up a network and scientific exchanges at close European level (Vienna/Bratislava), linked to PhD and Master students’ meetings. The aim is to support and promote research and teaching combining collaborative anthropology, visual ethnography dealing with issues of housing transformation.
