Costs

Subsidized costs per person of the summer school are 850 Euro, including:

• Lunch & Coffee breaks during course days (28th September to 8th October 2026), 1 Dinner (get-together in Athens at the end of summer school)

• Transfer Vienna-Belgrade (1st October 2026: bus or train), Transfer Belgrade-Athens (5th October 2026: flight)

• 9 days course programme (3 days in each city, 2 transfer days)

• Public transport tickets in the 3 cities

• ÖH fee (required enrolment at the University of Vienna to obtain ECTS points)

Additional expenses (excluded in the cost of the summer school):

• Accommodation during the summer school (28th September - 8th October)

• Travelling expenses: travel to Vienna / travel from Athens (poss. visa costs to enter the EU or Serbia

• Lunch/dinner on transfer days, dinner (except get-together on 8th October)

• (Travel)-Insurance

Cancellation policy: Unfortunately, due to tight budgeting and expenses incurred at an early stage, we are unable to refund the participation fees in the event of cancellation.
