Who may access the buildings of the OeAW?
The OeAW asks all employees to work from home if possible. If on-site presence is required, please ensure that physical contacts are reduced to a minimum and the distance and hygiene rules are observed. Please coordinate your presence or work from home in advance with your supervisor.
External visitors can enter the OeAW after prior registration. We ask external visitors to carry proof of vaccination, testing or recovery with them.
Do I have to wear a mask in the building?
According to the current regulations, all employees who have direct customer contact are required to wear a mask. This mask mandate does not apply if employees and "customers" can all show 3G confirmation. We also ask employees who move between departments in the Academy's facilities to wear a mask.
Can I follow events online?
How can I reach employees of the Academy?
The easiest way to contact individual employees is via their individual email addresses. If you do not know the email address, you can find an individual employee using the search function on the OeAW website. The main contact persons at the Academy headquarters are listed on the website. If you want to get in contact with the OeAW in general, please write to webmaster(at)oeaw.ac.at.
