In view of the rapidly increasing number of infections with the coronavirus and the measures taken by the Austrian Government, the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) is expanding precautions to protect its employees. On 17 March 17 2020, all ÖAW buildings in Austria will be closed until further notice.
IWF can still be reached electronically. Employees can be contacted via the individual email addresses (firstname.surname@oeaw.ac.at) and continue working for science and research from home.
