Academic Background
After completing a bachelor’s degree in the United States (University of Oklahoma), Helen Reese Klubach studied German and English Linguistics (MA) as well as English and Spanish (MEd) at the University of Hannover. In 2019, she completed her degrees with a master’s thesis titled “A Perceptual Study of s-retraction in American English: The Role of Perceptual Bias and Perceptual Correction in Language Change.“
Current Research
She joined the Acoustics Research Institute in December 2020 as a member of the Phonetics group.
