... is a research associate at the ACDH-CH in the research unit DH Research&Infrastructure. After graduating in History and German Philology at the University of Vienna in 1995, she completed a teaching internship for teacher candidates. From 1996–2001 she worked at the Institute for the History of Medicine at the University of Vienna, specializing in medicine during the Nazi era. In 2001, she moved to the Institute of the Austrian Biographical Dictionary.

Since 2012, she has been Chair of the Working Group for the History of Earth Sciences in Austria. She is also a voluntary member of the History of Medicine and Medical/Health Humanities working group of the Austrian Academy of Sciences' Commission for the History and Philosophy of Science.

Since January 2024, she has been working at the ACDH-CH in the newly conceived project "Prosopographical Research Portal - Austria". Her research focuses on the history of medicine, natural sciences and military history.
