CLARIN Workshop: Call for participation

CLARIN Workshop "Translation memories, corpora, termbases: Bridges between translation studies and research infrastructures" 8-9 February 2018.

The ACDH and the Centre for Translation Studies of the University of Vienna are organizing the Workshop “Translation memories, corpora, termbases: Bridges between translation studies and research infrastructures” to bring International researchers and trainers in translation studies together and to show the potential of using research infrastructures, resources and tools for translation studies in hands-on sessions as well as the potential of integrating research infrastructures and their services into translation training and their research.
The workshop will also be an opportunity to share experience and best practices using, reusing, compiling, and sharing of language resources (such as translation memories, corpora, termbases) outside of CLARIN.

The workshop will take place in Vienna from 8-9 February 2018.

The Workshop will be attended by around 25 participants. The selection will be based on the motivation of participants for attending this workshop.
