Young Academy

Last week the Young Academy held its Science Day with interesting lectures and also celebrated its 15th anniversary.

The Science Day was centered around the theme of “life.” As part of the anniversary celebrations, an Alumni association was created so that former members can better network with each other and with the OeAW. Fostering closer ties between younger, successful researchers and the OeAW is a priority for the Presiding Committee. We aim to bridge generational gaps and encourage discourse between old and young.
