YRP@Graz - Network Meetings

The second  YRP network meeting took place on March 12^th, 2024. YRP PhD students and summer interns were invited to present their research. The meeting concluded with a discussion  in the format of a "world café".

On November 30^th, 2023, the YRP:Jamboree took place where 14 PhD students from the IWF and the YRP network presented their current work in short "flash talks". Further information can be found here.

On June 6^th, 2023, the next network meeting took place at the IWF. The meeting started with a short lecture about "Hot, but cool Magma-Planets" by Ludmila Carone. Following this, the students were able to attend a tour through the IWF, where David Fischer gave an insight into the Magnetometer-Lab work, Manfred Steller introduced the Onboard Computing-Labs, and eventually Günter Kargl presented the AstroLab's work. Master students from TU Graz as well as the YRP@Graz PhD students took this oppertunity to explore the laboratory work at the IWF.

On January 20^th, 2023, at 3 pm, the YRP@Graz Kick-Off meeting took place at the IWF (Jupiter, U.a.4). It was the first in-person and network-wide meeting, which gave both the PhD students and the supervisors the possibility to introduce themselves and their research.
