You are invited to the Open Excavation Day 2024 at the Upper Palaeolithic site Kammern-Grubgraben by the Research Group »Quaternary Archaeology« at the Austrian Archaeological Institute.

On Thursday, 20 September 2024, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m., we will present the latest excavation results, uncovered stone features and find material to all visitors and will be available for all questions!

Parking is very limited in the area of the site itself. If possible, park further down and walk up the narrow path to the site.
