... studierte deutsche und griechische Sprache und Philologie, allgemeine und historische Sprachwissenschaft (Indogermanistik) sowie jüdische Kulturgeschichte an der Nationalen und Kapodistrischen Universität Athen und an der Universität Salzburg. Seit 2000 arbeitet sie als Lexikografin und Lektorin für allgemeine und historisch-vergleichende Sprachwissenschaft am Fachbereich Sprachwissenschaft, am Zentrum für die Erforschung des östlichen Christentums (ZECO) und am Zentrum für jüdische Kulturgeschichte der Universität Salzburg, Österreich. Sie war zunächst Mitarbeiterin und anschließend Projektleiterin (2000-2009) am FWF-Projekt Rig Veda Dictionary (RIVELEX, Vols. I-III). Von 2014 bis 2018 war sie Projektleiterin ("Elise-Richter-Fellow") des FWF-Projekts Hellenistic Koine in Egypt and the Near East. Bis 2021 arbeitete sie am Digital Dictionary of Loanwords in the Midrash Genesis Rabbah (FWF) mit und während 2020-2023 war sie PI der Projekte Language Structure and Use in J.N. Nestroy's plays (ÖNB, Jubiläumsfonds Nr. 18421) und Nestroy's Vienna (gefördert von der Stadt Wien).

Für den Zeitraum 2023-2026 ist sie am ACDH für das Design und die Zusammenstellung der griechischen und lateinischen Lemmata des Digital Dictionary of Loanwords in the Yalkut Shimoni (FWF) verantwortlich. Sie ist Mitglied der Forschungseinheit Sprachwissenschaft am ACDH.
