Elisa Perego and Veronica Tamorri will debate the consequences of the Digital Transformation on archaeology, and science more in general, at the first CAA Twitter Conference #CAATCO.
The main theme of the Computer Applications in Archaeology Twitter Conference (#CAATCO) is New forms of communications in our digital futures. #CAATCO is organized in collaboration with Ulla Rajala and Lorna-Jane Richardson and has been planned after the success of the Public Archaeology Twitter Conference #patc.
Elisa and Veronica will deliver their twitter presentation A connected archaeology in the age of the digital transformation: Problems and perspectives at 2.15pm GMT on 19 March (3.15pm in Vienna). Participation in #CAATCO contributes to new research and outreach collaborations in Big Data, digital communication and equality in research that Elisa and Veronica are currently developing in the UK.
A connected archaeology is an output of the CoPOWER MSCA Project based at the OREA Institute.
