Biographical sketch
Studied Classical Archaeology and Provincial Roman Archaeology at the Universities of Vienna and Munich. Since 2003, staff member of the Ephesos excavation (ÖAI, IKAnt, FWF). From 2005 to 2015 entrusted with ceramic research in Ephesus, Miletus, Germia (TR) and Troesmis (RO) at the Institute for the Cultural History of Antiquity of the ÖAW. Since 2015, research associate at the ÖAI with a focus on ceramics research. From 2017-2020: Head of the WG »Ceramic Studies«. Since 2021: Head of the research group »Objektitinerarien«. Since 2022: Head of the project »Crossing the Sea«.
Since 2023: trusted representative of the Ephesos excavation.
