Biographical sketch

Degree in Prehistory and Historical Archaeology from the University of Vienna. 2023 to 2025, university assistant (pre-doc) at the Institute for Prehistory and Historical Archaeology at the University of Vienna. In 2024, awarded the DOC fellowship from the Austrian Academy of Sciences for his dissertation project »Agrarian Systems in Transition ‒ Agriculture and Plant-based Diet during the Bronze Age along the Upper and Middle Danube«, supervised by Katharina Rebay-Salisbury and Andreas G. Heiss. Since 2025, Researcher at the Bioarchaeological Laboratory of the Austrian Archaeological Institute, focusing on archaeobotanical macro-remains and charcoal analysis.
