Research Interests

My primary research interest lies in investigating the influence of a magnetic field on exoplanet atmospheres, particularly ultra-hot Jupiters, using a 3D General Circulation Model. This work focuses on understanding how magnetic effects shape atmospheric dynamics and observational characteristics. Additionally, I have a further interest in studying magnetospheric interactions within the Jovian system, including the interaction of Io’s and Europa’s atmospheres with Jupiter’s magnetosphere through magnetohydrodynamic modeling, as well as exploring reconnection phenomena in Jupiter’s magnetotail to understand particle acceleration and magnetic field reconfigurations using spacecraft data.
