7th SERENA - HEWG Meeting

The 7^th SERENA - Hermean Environmental Working Group meeting is held at the Space Research Institute (Institut für Weltraumforschung - IWF) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Graz. The HEWG will start on Wednesday, 20 March, in the morning, but all the participants are very much welcome to join the more SERENA related meeting part on Monday, 18 March and Tuesday, 19 March.

It is planned to have a social dinner on Tuesday evening on the point of intersection between the two meeting parts so to say.
 

LOGISTICS

The meeting at IWF will start on Monday, 18 March, in the morning and will end on Thursday, 21 March, around lunch time (TBC).

It is held in hybrid form, though, attendance in person is very much preferred.
Eduroam and a guest WLAN are available.

Participants will be asked for a registration fee of € 110,-. The full fee shall cover coffee breaks, lunch for the whole meeting and the social dinner, and has to be paid in cash at the meeting.

Transport and accomodation

The institute is located in the south of Graz and - beside taxi or rental car - can be reached from the center easily by public transportation in about 20 - 25 minutes
- tram 4 and bus 75U
- tram 6 and bus 64 or 72

A taxi should cost around € 20,- to 25,-

From the airport to the institute or hotels we recommend a taxi or rental car.
