Biography
Luke Filan joined the Centre of European Private Law of the University of Graz in February 2023. He graduated with a Bachelors of Civil Law (BCL) with a Minor in Economics from University College Dublin with First Class Honours in September of 2022, and a GPA of 3.87. In the course of his studies, Filan received the UCD Entrance Scholars Award and the Law Degree Programmes Stage 2 Scholarship. Filan previously worked as a research intern at the Climate Bar Association of Ireland, assisting on the drafting of an Environmental Enforcement Code.
