ETL and ECTIL jointly publish the Yearbook on European Tort Law, which annually provides a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in tort law in the various European jurisdictions. Alongside the EU Member States (with the exception of Luxembourg and Cyprus), contributions from Israel, Norway and Switzerland are also provided. Academics from these legal systems produce reports on the most recent court decisions and legislation, as well as developments in the literature in their home countries. An overview of developments in the field of EU law is also provided, along with a comparative analysis.
The project is combined with an Annual Conference on European Tort Law (ACET), where the highlights of the contributions to the Yearbook are presented and discussed in advance of publication.
The Yearbook is annually published with deGruyter Publishers (Berlin/Boston). You find more information on this publication on our Publications subsection.
