MFK 2025 - Hungarian Geography Conference

From our project’s research group, Dávid Sümeghy gave a presentation at the Hungarian Geographical Conference in Szeged, Hungary (September 18-21), in the Geoinformatics and Remote Sensing section.

His presentation was titled “Methods for Delimiting Historical City Centers: A Comparative Analysis of Vienna and Budapest. (Történelmi városközpontok lehatárolásának módszerei: Bécs és Budapest összehasonlító elemzése)” The talk presented various methods for delineating historical urban cores, applied several geoinformatics algorithms and techniques to delineate the historical cores of the two studied cities, and finally synthesised the results."
