Biographical sketch

Degree in Classical Archaeology from the University of Innsbruck. Since 1983, student participation in the OeAI excavations in Lousoi and Aigeira as well as at the DAI-excavations in Olympia. From 1998 to 2001, scientific employee of the OeAI in Vienna and since 2002, director of the Athens branch of the OeAI. Director of the excavations at Aigeira (until 2010), Lousoi (since 2007), and the cooperation excavation of the OeAI Athens with the Ephorate for Antiquities at Gremoulias/Kalavrita (since 2003).
