Chinese Tort Law

For the first time the Institute for European Tort Law, in cooperation with the European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law (ECTIL), published a book on Chinese Tort Law in English, thereby making a significant contribution to the scientific debate on this topic. YANG Lixin, Professor at the renowned Renmin University, Beijing, authored this publication. It contains approximately 348 pages. The Chinese version translated into English by staff in China was worked on at ETL and ECTIL for final language checking and, in collaboration with Professor YANG Lixin, for adaptation for a European readership. The book was published in 2018 by Jan Sramek Verlag (Vienna).
