Call for Papers: Pandemics - Liability and Insurance

The 19th Joint Seminar of the International Association for the Study of Insurance Economics (The Geneva Association) and the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) will be hosted by the European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law (ECTIL) in cooperation with the Institute for European Tort Law (ETL) in Vienna from 23‑24 June 2022. It will discuss liability implications of pandemics for the (re-)insurance industry, a highly relevant topic in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and possibly again in the future.
