The Quaternary Archaeology Research Group of the Austrian Archaeological Institute (ÖAI) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) cordially invites you to the Open Excavation Day at the Upper Palaeolithic site Kammern-Grubgraben.
On Thursday, 21.09.2023, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m., we will present the latest excavation results, uncovered stone features and find material to all visitors* and will be available for all questions!

Parking is very limited in the area of the site itself. If possible, park further down and walk up the narrow path to the site.
