World Archaeology Seminars

The World Archaeology Seminars (former OREA lectures) are a regular event during the academic year, organized by the Department of Prehistory & WANA Archaeology at the OeAI in Vienna. National and international researchers present current debates, new methodologies, fieldwork, and theories in the field of archaeology. The focus of the seminars is world prehistory, as well as the archaeology of western Asia and northeast Africa. Scientists, students and the broader public are welcome to participate.
