The »UK Gespräche« are a discussion forum for research on the Late Bronze Age/Urnfield Culture (13th–8th century BC) in Europe. The internationally orientated concept combines a one- or two-day thematic workshop with a corresponding public lecture the evening before. The »UK Gespräche« have established themselves in the European academic landscape as an important and significant platform for various questions relating to the Bronze Age period and are very well received. Each year, the »UK Gespräche« are dedicated to either a region (Central Europe, Northern Italy) or a thematic focus (storage, metallurgy, burials).
