ORF Long Night of Museums 2026 at the Vienna Museum of Science and Technology

Hands-on research: Five institutes of the Austrian Academy of Sciences will present interactive stations at the Vienna Museum of Science and Technology on October 3, featuring exciting experiments and fascinating insights into the world of science for the whole family.

The ORF Long Night of Museums at the Vienna Museum of Science and Technology brings science to life. An interactive program featuring hands-on stations and live experiments offers engaging insights into current research.

ARI will be there with its station “How Does Sound Work, and What Can It Tell Us About Animals, Language, and Ourselves?” Visitors can put their hearing to the test in an animal sound quiz and make some noise while helping create a live spectrogram.
