For TALKS:

The presentation time is maximally 15 minutes, followed by a discussion of up to five minutes. Presenters of the immediately following talk should come to the “stage” three minutes before the start to mount the head set.

Please bring your talks on a memory stick to the media desk in the conference hall (where we can try if it works properly). The media desk is occupied half an hour before each session. For the Monday morning session (which starts early), you can bring your talk already on Sunday evening to the registration desk.

For POSTERS:

We provide poster walls in A0 upright format and pins. You can mount your poster from Sunday evening on and keep it there for the whole week. This should foster interaction aside from the formal poster sessions.
