Under the theme “How does sound work, and what can it tell us about animals, language, and ourselves?”, visitors learned more about acoustics, hearing, and sound research. They made sounds visible, tested their hearing with an animal-sounds quiz, and used ultrasound to observe how the tongue moves during speech. The station also offered a clear and engaging explanation of how elephants communicate with one another.

The station was hosted by Katharina Prager, Nathalie Elsässer, Zófia Katona, Felix Haiduk, Jan Zimmermann, and Fabio Elleon.
