Chirping Cheetahs and Singing Whales

At the OeAW-Kinderuni Day on July 18, 2025, sound researchers Katharina Prager and Julia Peham will show you how to understand the language(s) of animals.

In their workshop, you will find out what is behind the term "bioacoustics" and what this has to do with the language of animals. You will hear various interesting animal noises and can puzzle over what animals talk about and how they do it.

For children between the ages of 10-12.

Time: 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Venue: Johannessaal of the OeAW, 1st floor
