The lecture deals with Balkan settlement features of the Neolithic and the Bronze Age, which were once located in wet environments, especially on lakeshores and riverbanks, in swamp and bog areas. In addition to locating the special settlement category in time and space, questions about the inhabitants and their way of life will be discussed.
