Colloquium attendance is subject to registration and to the payment of a registration fee. For those registering before 31 January 2025an early-bird fee will be applied. It is possible to register either for all three days of the Colloquium or for individual days.

Students, PhD students, young researchers up to 7 years from thesis defence without a permanent position or unemployed, retired and emeriti will be granted reduced registration fees.

Those who wish can also register for

● a reception offered by the Institute for Medieval Research, ÖAW on Tuesday 16 September (free)

● the visit of Wienmuseum on Thursday 18 September (free)

● the conference dinner on Friday 19 September (Melker Stiftskeller, Schottengasse 3, 1010 Vienna), at €55

● the excursion to Abbey of Heiligenkreuz and Mayerling, at € 80 (lunch included)

Conference attendees are kindly invited to fill in the Registration Form and to send it, together with proof of payment (e.g. bank/PayPal receipt), to Cipl2025_Vienna[at]oeaw.ac.at.
