APART-GSK fellowship awarded to Anna Dolganov for 2022–2026. Project: »Public Archives in Roman Egypt«

Anna Dolganov (OeAI, PhD Princeton) was awarded a 4-year fellowship within the framework of the APART funding programme of the OeAW for excellent young researchers in the humanities, social and cultural sciences. Her project represents the first comprehensive study of Roman archiving based on the extensive documentary evidence from Roman Egypt. The insights gained from this are confronted with the news from the other provinces of the Roman Empire.
