There are several platforms available to create, host and disseminate open learning and training resources, thanks to DARIAH-EU and CLARIN ERIC research infrastructures.
Open Educational Resources (OERs) “are learning, teaching and research materials in any format and medium that reside in the public domain or are under copyright that have been released under an open license that permit no-cost access, re-use, re-purpose, adaptation and redistribution by others.” - UNESCO, 2019
Below, we give an overview of resources we have created and curated, or we are contributing to:
ACDH-CH YouTube Channel
Via the ACDH-CH YouTube channel, the institute seeks to promote its various outreach activities:
Next to recordings of ACDH-CH Lectures, you might as well watch videos of the ACDH-CH Tool Galleries, Training Schools, and other thematically clustered playlists, centered around the institute.
DARIAH Campus
DARIAH-Campus is a discovery framework and hosting platform for learning resources and one of the core services of DARIAH-EU. It provides cost-free access to open, inclusive, high-quality learning materials that aim to enhance creativity, skills, technology and knowledge in the digitally- enabled arts and humanities.
Digital Humanities Course Registry
The Digital Humanities Course Registry is a curated platform that provides an overview of the growing range of teaching activities in the field of digital humanities worldwide. The collection of courses and programmes can be viewed without registration. Lecturers or progamme administrators are invited to log in and add their data to the registry.
SSH Marketplace
The Social Sciences and Humanities Open Marketplace is a discovery portal which pools and contextualises resources for Social Sciences and Humanities research communities: tools, services, training materials, datasets, publications and workflows. The Marketplace highlights and showcases solutions and research practices for every step of the SSH research data life cycle.
CLARIN Learning Hub
The CLARIN Learning Hub gives access to open educational resources on various topics, including full online training modules to learn new skills and materials to design new university courses, training and workshops. Additionally, the hub contains best practices and guidelines developed in educational projects, or created in collaboration with other research infrastructures.
