Research Group Population Data and Projections

Research focus

The Population Data and Projections research group focuses on population projections, the collection and harmonization of demographic and education data, and their integration. The group contributes to the development and validation of the Wittgenstein Centre’s global population and education projections and back-projections. It also produces projections of religious affiliation in the context of Austria.
