The ISR will organize the “OEAW Summer School: Urban housing markets in Central and Southeastern Europe” from September 28 – October 8, 2026.

The summer school will take place in Vienna (Austria) – Belgrade (Serbia) – Athens (Greece).

Summer School for Master’s and doctoral students with background knowledge and research interest in urban housing markets and real estate. Accredited by the University of Vienna as a univie: summer school (4 ECTS).

Application deadline: March 15, 2026 (limited number of places).

Costs: 850 EUR for 3+3+3 course days, including transfers from Vienna to Athens, lunch & coffee breaks, student union fee (ÖH-Beitrag), and local public transport tickets

Scholarships: 400 EUR scholarships for students from CEE and SEE (5 places available)
