Founded in November 2017, this open space for innovation and experimentation at ACDH-ÖAW invites artists, scientists and curious people to jointly discover food as European Cultural Heritage as well as blended culture:
Food – its cultivation and consumation – is a product, service and emotion. At this station we discover jointly cultural experiences and invite to a deeply personal and intimous journey and reflection.
Based on the mission of exploration space we apply design thinking in an interactive, participatory approach and experiment in virtual as well as analogous space.
