Research and support roles

  • POS2616: Master's Student / Research Intern in Computational Biology and Theoretical Modeling

    Join the de Groot Lab as a Master's Student / Research Intern in Computational Biology and Theoretical Modeling to develop a Bayesian method for comparing single-cell datasets by explicitly modeling measurement noise to bring out true biological variability. The method will support the lab’s research on cell fate decisions during early development.

  • Head of Molecular Robotics Genomics Tech Platform and of Scientific Core Facilities

    This dual role will establish and lead the newly formed Molecular Robotics Genomics team while simultaneously providing leadership for the broader core facilities and their technology platforms.
