Understanding Transposable element silencing in duckweeds
This research project is dedicated to investigating the mechanisms by which duckweeds suppress the activity of transposable elements (TEs), with a particular focus on the roles played by small RNAs and epigenetic modifications.
Research interests
I am passionate about Transposon biology, epigenetics and genomics, particularly in plant model organisms.
