For the first time, ETL, in cooperation with ECTIL, published a book on Chinese Tort Law, thereby making a significant contribution to the scientific debate on this topic. YANG Lixin, Professor at the renowned Renmin University, Beijing, authored this publication.
The Chinese version translated into English by staff in China was worked on at ETL and ECTIL for final language checking and, in collaboration with Professor YANG Lixin, for adaptation for a European readership.
