Book presentation: Peter Soustal, Makedonien, südlicher Teil (14 November)

The Department for Byzantine Research presents the most recent volume of the Tabula Imperii Byzantini and honours its author

With the publication of the volume "Makedonien, südlicher Teil", written by Peter Soustal with cooperation of Mihailo St. Popović and contributions by Andreas Pülz, a further mile stone of the long-term project Tabula Imperii Byzantini is achieved. On 14 November, the Department for Byzantine Research of the Institute for Medieval Research of the Austrian Academy honours Peter Soustal and his work; Flora Karagianni, Director of the European Center for Byzantine and post-Byzantine Monuments in Thessaloniki, will present the laudatio.
