Kurzbiographie

Dávid Sümeghy ist seit September 2023 Postdoktorand an der Österreichischen Akademie der Wissenschaften. Seinen Doktortitel erwarb er 2022 an der Doctoral School of Earth Sciences der Universität Pécs. Seine Dissertation trägt den Titel "The nexus of cultural diversity, social cohesion and the radical right in Sweden". Nach seiner Promotion arbeitete er ein Jahr lang als Postdoktorand am Institut für Geografie und Geowissenschaften der Universität Pécs, bevor er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an die Universität Lund berufen wurde. Er war auch als Unternehmer im Bereich der Datenanalyse tätig. Derzeit ist er im FWF-NKFIH Gemeinschaftsprojekt mit dem Titel  MIGWELL “Well-being and Migration: The Hungary-Austria Migration Nexus” tätig.
