Kickoff Meeting of Newly Appointed Staff Representatives at CMC

On October 9, our newly appointed staff representatives — Eva Tamara Asboth from the Research Group Media, Politics & Democracy, Christina Krakovsky & Charlotte Spencer-Smith from Media Accountability & Media Change, and Johanna Klausing from Science Communication and Science Journalism — hosted their kickoff meeting.

We took the time to review our shared objectives, discuss upcoming initiatives and explore ways to strengthen collaboration across our institute. By bringing together representatives from our diverse research groups, the meeting highlighted the value of dialogue and the collective expertise that drives CMC’s work.

Am 9. Oktober fand das erste Treffen für die Mitarbeiter:innen des CMC statt. Eine Mitarbeiter:innenvertretung vertritt die Interessen der Beschäftigten und sorgt dafür, dass die Anliegen und Ideen der Mitarbeiter:innen gehört werden. Organisiert wurde es von unseren neu gewählten Mitarbeiter:innenvertreter:innen: Eva Tamara Asboth aus der Forschungsgruppe Media, Politics & Democracy, Christina Krakovsky und Charlotte Spencer-Smith aus Media Accountability & Media Change sowie Johanna Klausing aus Science Communication and Science Journalism. Es wurde besprochen, welche Ziele die Mitarbeiter:innenvertretung in den nächsten Monaten hat und wie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams verbessert werden kann.
