Reporting to Jean-Paul Chidiac, Head of Human Resources, and in close collaboration with the AITHYRA Directors, you will shape how we attract, welcome, and support exceptional talent in our dynamic research environment.

Your tasks

• Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the hiring process for a wide range of roles — from administrative staff to top-tier scientists and engineers (AI researchers, data scientists, bioinformaticians, wet-lab scientists, robotics engineers, scientific support staff, and more).
• Champion Our Employer Brand: Act as an ambassador for our institute across channels and platforms, crafting compelling job profiles and strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• Create Impactful Onboarding Journeys: Design and deliver a seamless, engaging onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success from day one.
• Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with the AITHYRA Directors, Faculty, Admin Team Leaders, Facility Heads, to define roles, optimize processes, and deliver a top-notch candidate experience.
• Lead Respectful Offboarding: Ensure thoughtful, well-coordinated offboarding processes — including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and clear communication.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve talent acquisition strategies and support informed, strategic HR decisions.
